Sold-out items are not currently planned for restocking due to production schedules and material sourcing. However, popular items may be re-released as 'Remake versions' with adjusted sizing. We listen to customer feedback through our Q&A board and SNS.

We are a doll costume brand. The doll bodies, heads, and wigs featured in product photos are not for sale. Except for special collaboration items, we do not sell full sets including dolls.

Each product page specifies the doll body type and detailed measurements used as the production reference. Size modification or tailoring services are not available, so please verify sizing before purchasing.

New products are typically released approximately every 3 months.

Domestic orders ship via Korea Post. International orders ship via EMS or DHL Express. A tracking number is emailed upon dispatch.
