Order Guide

Orders can be placed after registering as a member on the website. Please read the following guidelines carefully before ordering.

Payment Methods & Deadline

• —Accepted methods: Bank transfer (receipt available), credit card, and international card payments.
• —For bank transfers, payment must be completed within 2 business days of placing the order.

Limited Edition Items

• —Dispatch: Ships within 1–3 business days after payment.
• —Order period: Available until sold out. No further purchases after stock is exhausted.

Made-to-Order Items

• —Dispatch: Production takes approximately 2–3 months after payment. (Refer to each product page for exact timing.)
• —Order period: Orders are accepted for 2 weeks after a new collection release. No further orders after the period ends.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to your registered email after the order is complete.
