Delicate Details: Due to the layered lace and hand-sewn beadwork, please avoid vigorous rubbing and high-heat ironing. Spot Cleaning: If staining occurs on the garment, gently clean only the affected area. Color Transfer Warning: Due to the dark-dyed fabrics, prolonged wear may cause color transfer onto your doll. Please handle with care.

Exchange and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges and refunds are accepted for the following product defects.
- —Damage to fabric, materials, or embellishments (e.g. tears, fraying)
- —Visible defects due to sewing failure or unwearable condition
- —Staining or color transfer on the fabric
- —Measurements deviating more than 7 mm from the listed size
* No additional shipping fee is charged for exchanges or refunds resulting from defective products.

- —Change of mind after using the product
- —Damage or defects caused by customer negligence
Partial Exchange / Refund
Partial exchanges for individual components are accepted, but refunds are processed for the full set (entire order) only.
