International Shipping
Shipped via EMS International Postal Service, and additional shipping fees will apply.
Exchange and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Eligible Reasons for Exchange / Refund
Exchanges and refunds are accepted for the following product defects.
- —Damage to fabric, materials, or embellishments (e.g. tears, fraying)
- —Visible defects due to sewing failure or unwearable condition
- —Staining or color transfer on the fabric
- —Measurements deviating more than 7 mm from the listed size

- —Damage or defects caused by customer negligence
Partial Exchange / Refund
Partial exchanges for individual components are accepted, but refunds are processed for the full set (entire order) only.
