Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchange and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.

Eligible Reasons for Exchange / Refund

Exchanges and refunds are accepted for the following product defects.

• —Damage to fabric, materials, or embellishments (e.g. tears, fraying)
• —Visible defects due to sewing failure or unwearable condition
• —Staining or color transfer on the fabric
• —Measurements deviating more than 7 mm from the listed size

* No additional shipping fee is charged for exchanges or refunds resulting from defective products.

Reasons NOT Accepted

• —Change of mind after using the product
• —Damage or defects caused by customer negligence

Partial Exchange / Refund

Partial exchanges for individual components are accepted, but refunds are processed for the full set (entire order) only.
