J DE LUNE Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users in relation to internet services provided through the J DE LUNE online store.

Article 2 (Definitions)

• —'Store' refers to the virtual marketplace established by the Company to trade goods or services using information and communication equipment.
• —'User' refers to members and non-members who access the Store and receive services pursuant to these Terms.
• —'Member' refers to a person who has registered with the Store and may continuously use the services provided.

Article 3 (Disclosure and Amendment)

• —The Store shall post these Terms prominently on the initial service screen.
• —The Store may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law.
• —Amendments shall be announced at least 7 days before the effective date.

Article 4 (Services Provided)

• —Provision of information about goods and services and conclusion of purchase contracts
• —Delivery of goods or services for which purchase contracts have been concluded
• —Other tasks designated by the Store

Article 5 (Membership Registration and Withdrawal)

• —Users apply for membership by completing the registration form and expressing agreement to these Terms.
• —Members may request withdrawal at any time. Upon request, the Store immediately suspends the membership and terminates access to member services.
• —Member information is permanently deleted three (3) months after the withdrawal request. The three-month grace period exists so that accidental withdrawals can be restored and any outstanding disputes can be resolved.
• —During the grace period the account cannot be used, and the information is not used for any purpose other than restoration and dispute handling.
• —Transaction records that the Store is required to retain under the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and other applicable laws are kept for the periods prescribed by those laws, separately from the above, and are not used for any other purpose.
• —Membership may be restricted or suspended for false registration or interference with other users.

Article 6 (Cancellation and Refunds)

Users who have entered into a purchase contract may withdraw within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

• —Goods lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user
• —Goods whose value has significantly decreased due to the user's use or partial consumption
• —Made-to-order goods where prior consent has been obtained from the consumer

Article 7 (Governing Law)

• —Disputes between the Store and users shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

These Terms of Service take effect from October 28, 2026.
